# ¿Cómo veo mi historial de notificaciones?

Desde tu **Área de Cliente**, podrás ver todas las notificaciones y avisos generados por el sistema, tales como avisos de facturación, altas de servicios y recordatorios de vencimiento, entre otros. \

Para ver tu historial de notificaciones y avisos, seguí estos pasos:

1. Ingresá a tu **Área de Cliente**.\
   Si no recordás como ingresar seguí este enlace: [Como acceder al Área de Cliente](/menu-principal/guias/area-de-cliente/acceso-al-area-de-clientes.md)
2. En tu **Área de Cliente** hacé clic en el nombre de cliente que verás arriba a la derecha. \
   Se abrirá un menú. Ingresá a "**E-Mails Recibidos**".

3. Aparecerán todas las notificaciones y avisos generados por el sistema, incluyendo nuestras respuestas a tickets de soporte.\
   Podrás ver el contenido de los mensajes haciendo clic sobre ellos.

4. También podrás ver tu historial de tickets de soporte ingresando a "**Soporte**" y luego seleccionando la opción "**Tickets**".
