# ¿Cómo doy de baja un servicio?

Si deseás dar de baja un plan o servicio contratado, seguí los siguientes pasos:

1. Ingresá a tu **Área de Cliente**. \
   Si no recordás como ingresar seguí este enlace: [Como acceder al Área de Cliente](/menu-principal/guias/area-de-cliente/acceso-al-area-de-clientes.md)
2. En tu **Área de Cliente** hacé clic en "**Servicios**" en el menú y seleccioná "**Mis Servicios**".

3. Hacé clic en el plan o servicio que quieras dar de baja.

4. Seleccioná la opción **Solicitar Baja del Servicio** que verás en la sección **Acciones** del menú de la izquierda, en la pantalla de **Detalles de Productos**.

5. En la pantalla de cancelación del servicio verás la siguiente información y opciones:

* Verás el plan o servicio que deseás dar de baja.
* Debajo, encontrarás un cuadro donde podrás escribir una breve razón para la cancelación del servicio. Este punto es muy importante para nosotros ya que nos ayudará a mejorar el servicio.
* Podrás elegir una cancelación inmediata del servicio o al final del período contratado.
* Cuando tengas todo listo para proceder con la baja de tu plan o servicio, presioná el botón "**Solicitar Baja del Servicio"**
